This workshop will support your leaders to create a vision, communicate effectively, motivate and develop a high functioning, adaptable, cohesive team. Part 2 of our workshop will focus on the growth of your staff both personally & professionally. Effective leaders take their staff on a journey they would never have taken alone, leading a team means uniting a group and building trust and respect.

A workshop for teams

This workshop will give you the “tools” you need to work effectively with your leaders and colleagues towards understanding and dealing with change within your team. Every team member has a responsibility to champion change. Develop and build on your existing skills, whilst learning new ones, in a safe, supported environment.

How to work effectively as part of a team

This workshop leads participants through the 4 stages of a developing team. You will learn how to recognise each stage, how to work together effectively to progress through the various stages, how to respect each individual’s contribution, and most importantly how great teams learn to trust each other, challenge the status quo and overcome fear to become the best they can be.
